2. Renew your USAV and AAU Membership after September 1. 
3. Fill out and notarized USAV Medical Release Form.  2020-21 Form Available Soon. 
4. We will schedule uniform fitting soon.

Cost for the season will be $2950.  Uniform and placement fee of $400 due upon registering.  The balance of $2550 will be collected in seven equal payments on the first Friday of each month from September 4th through March 5th.
