RiSiNG TiDE CLASS
K-5th Grade
RiSiNG TiDE is a great introduction to volleyball! This class is focused on volleyball FUNdamentals and is geared toward those new to the sport or those needing to sharpen their skills. No prior volleyball or RiSiNG TiDE experience is necessary! Training times are Tuesday and Thursday 4:00-5:00 pm. Players must wear athletic attire, running shoes, knee pads (recommended but not required) and bring a bottle of water.

Cost: $20/drop in session if available or $165 for all 9 classes
